A qualified lead is a genuine customer inquiry for an agreed service within your coverage area, with usable contact details and permission for the identified provider to contact them. The agreement sets the final criteria.
Are inquiries exclusive?
Each billable lead is assigned to one participating provider. Any exceptions must be disclosed and agreed in writing beforehand.
Is there a monthly fee or long-term commitment?
Our introductory program has no monthly retainer or long-term commitment. Lead price, pilot size, and cancellation terms are agreed in writing before activation.
What happens with an invalid inquiry?
The written agreement will define invalid leads, evidence requirements, a review window, and credit or replacement terms.
How are inquiries delivered?
Once activated, opted-in customer inquiries are delivered electronically to the participating provider. Sterling Peak Group does not perform restoration work or operate emergency dispatch.
Do you guarantee a minimum number of leads?
No. Lead volume depends on customer demand and acquisition activity. We do not guarantee a minimum number of inquiries or booked jobs unless expressly agreed in writing.
